Detached Homes Analysis (2020-2024)
Average Sold Prices: The graph illustrates the average sold price trends for detached houses. Caledon consistently had the highest prices, peaking at $1,602,870 in 2022 before a slight decline. Mississauga followed a similar trend, with prices peaking at $1,536,015 in 2022 and then stabilizing around $1.44 million by 2024. Brampton, with the lowest prices among the three municipalities, peaked in 2022 at $1,308,875 but dropped to $1,163,427 by 2024.
Number of Listings Sold: This graph shows the sales trends of detached houses across Brampton, Mississauga, and Caledon. Brampton consistently led in sales, peaking in 2021 with 12,718 units, before experiencing a sharp decline. Mississauga followed a similar pattern, with sales decreasing from 7,528 in 2021 to 4,122 in 2023. Caledon, while having the lowest sales among the three municipalities, maintained relatively steady sales after 2021.
Semi-Detached Houses Analysis (2020-2024)
Average Sold Prices: This graph illustrates the average sold price trends for semi-detached houses. Mississauga consistently had the highest prices, peaking at $1,103,737 in 2022 and slightly decreasing to $1,035,115 by 2024. Brampton saw a similar trend, with prices peaking at $1,021,505 in 2022 before declining to $908,977 in 2024. Caledon followed the same pattern, with its peak price of $1,058,231 in 2022 dropping to $966,121 by 2024.
Number of Listings Sold: This graph displays the sales trends of semi-detached houses across Brampton, Mississauga, and Caledon. Brampton had the highest number of listings sold, peaking at 4,392 in 2021 before steadily declining to 1,880 in 2024. Mississauga followed a similar trend, with a peak in 2021 at 2,952 listings, dropping to 1,618 by 2024. Caledon had the lowest number of sales, remaining relatively stable but consistently below 200 listings across all years.
Condo Apartments Analysis (2020-2024)
Average Sold Prices: The second graph highlights the average sold price trends for condo apartments. Caledon consistently shows the highest prices, reaching a peak of $810,681 in 2023 before slightly declining to $792,398 in 2024. Mississauga's prices peaked in 2022 at $645,791 but declined to $600,759 by 2024. Brampton had the lowest prices, peaking at $613,135 in 2022 and falling to $542,438 in 2024.

Number of Listings Sold: The first graph showcases the sales trends for condo apartments in Mississauga, Brampton, and Caledon. Mississauga leads in sales, starting with 4,558 units in 2020 but steadily declining to 3,430 by 2024. Brampton follows with much lower volumes, peaking at 916 units in 2020 and dropping to 636 in 2024. Caledon consistently had minimal sales, ranging from 6 units in 2020 to 24 units in 2024.
